    Some other companies offer DIY installation. We highly recommend our technician perform the installation, so that they can also answer any other questions that might arise in the process. Working with us, the same person that installs your new system or reprograms the old one, is the same technician that will answer any questions and make house calls to help you.

  3. Do your systems come with monitoring services?

    Yes, we offer 24/7 professional monitoring plans. If an alarm is triggered, our monitoring center will immediately contact you and dispatch emergency services if needed.

  4. Can I control my alarm system remotely?

    Absolutely. Our systems are compatible with mobile apps, allowing you to arm/disarm the system, view live camera feeds, and receive real-time alerts from your phone or tablet.

  5. What happens if my alarm goes off accidentally?

    When the alarm is triggered, our monitoring system will call you. The alarm can be cancelled after verification with name and passcode/password. If no one answers their call, they will contact the proper authorities to respond.

  6. Are your systems compatible with smart home devices?

    Yes! Our systems integrate with many popular smart home platforms like alarm.com, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, smart lights, thermostats, and more.

    Nope! Our systems use Wi-Fi and/or cellular connections, so no landline is necessary.
